C.QUALIFICATION/ REQUIREMENTS.

I.Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission(CAC)

II.Evidence of Tax Clearance for at least 3 years.

III.Copy of Value Added Tax (VAT) certified for the last (3) years.

IV.Names and addresses of clients for each referred projects on item(s) above including telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.

V.Description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills etc.

VI.Evidence of compliance with the provision of the Pension Reforms Act 2004.

VII.Corporate Profile of Management and Key Technical, Professional Staff including evidence of their registered address, functional e-mail address, mobile telephone numbers and Fax.

VIII.Letter of guarantee from the company’s Bank.

IX.Evidence of compliance with Industrial Training Fund Act 2007.

X. Evidence of compliance with NSITF Act.

XI. Evidence of compliance with Financial Reporting Council Act.

D.SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENT(S)

I.The completed documents should be enclosed in a SEALED envelopes and marked ‘Expression of Interest for Risk Management Framework’ and addressed to :

Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria,

Plot 266 Cadastral Zone AO,

Central Business District,

Abuja.

II.The sealed envelope should be deposited in the Tender Box at the office of the HOD (Organizational Resourcing), 2^ndFloor, Head Office Building, Abuja.

E.CLOSING/OPENING DATE

The Submission of documents closes at 12noon on Monday, May 25th 2015 and will be opened immediately on the same date at the Bank’s Board Room, 4^th Floor, Head Office Building, Abuja. The documents shall be opened thereafter in the Boardroom of the Bank’s Headquarters, Abuja.

F.PLEASE NOTE:

I.The Bank will not enter into any correspondence with any Consultant or Firm as to why they are not successful. All incurred and associated expenses in preparation of the Bid shall be borne by the prospective Consultant(s)/Firm. Applications received after the closing date and time shall be disregarded

II.Only shortlisted consultants will be invited for the financial bids.
