PETROLEUM TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT FUND: REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

INTRODUCTION:

In accordance with the Public procurement Act 2007 the management of the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) requests Vendors/Contractors/Consultants who wish to do business with the Fund this Procurement year 2015 to indicate their interest in the following categories:

CATEGORY A-

CATEGORY B-

CATEGORY C-

CATEGORY D- Maintenance Services

CATEGORY E- Capital Items

CATEGORY G- Mini Construction Works

CATEGORY H-

CATEGORY I- Special/Technical Services
NB: The omitted categories A, B, C and H are unrelated to the Building And Construction Industry which we monitor on this blog. If you like to know them anyway just drop a comment

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Interested Firms are to submit their EOIs showing their experience and capability to undertake the assignment. EOIs should contain the following:

(a) Evidence of registration or incorporation  with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

(b) Detailed company profile that includes details of Directors and managemen, total staff strength, competencies. expertise and experience of key personnel. Attach copies of certificates.

(c) Evidence of tax remittance for three (3) years (2011-2013)

(d) Evidence of VAT registration and proof of VAT payment for Three (3) years 2011-2013

(e) Annual turnover and Audited accounts of the company for Three (3) years 2011-2013

(f) Verifiable evidence of execution of a similar job within the past Five (5) years 2011-2013, Attach copies of offer letters.

(g) Reference letter from a reputable Bank stating your financial capabilities to execute the job.

(h) Evidence of registration with PENCOM, and evidence of remittance of employees' pension contribution to PENCOM.

(i) A sworn Affidavit affirming that non of the Directors have been convicted in any country for any criminal offense, including fraud and financial impropriety.

(j) Evidence of registration with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC).

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

Completed EOIs shall be properly sealed in an Envelope, INDICATING THE SELECTED CATEGORY ON THE LEFT HAND CORNER and addressed to:

CLOSING DATE:

All EOI Documents must be delivered to reach the undersigned on or before 2pm Thursday 30th of June 2015 at the address stated above. All inquiries to be directed to The secretary, Tenders Board.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

(1) Only shortlisted firms will form our contractors data base for the procurement Year 2015. And will be invited to tender when required

(2) The Fund shall not enter into correspondence with any unsuccessful firm that submitted documents.

(3) this advertisement shall not form a commitment on the part of Petroleum technology development fund, or shall it entail that those that submitted documents could make any claim(s) whatsoever and/or seek any indemnity from Petroleum Technology Development Fund by virtue of this publication.
